Always keeping me informed. And I feel like part of the family when I visit. The facilities are clean and in great shape. I am SO happy they are at Complete Care.

Had a great time, easy checking in and out! They take precautions here to make sure everyone is safe! Had a great visit with my mom, gave her Christmas presents early! I surprised her and didn’t tell her I was coming, to visit with my husband! She was so happy she hugged me, almost cried! I’ll be back on Wednesday to take her to lunch and Christmas shop!

My husband has been at Complete Care at Whiting since December 2020, with dementia that had moved forward quickly. The nurses aids have all been wonderful to my husband. Always approached with a friendly face. A cheerful hello that always makes him feel important. Plus, they are always concerned about my well-being. They ask if I’m okay or need anything.  I will say from being here with my husband almost every day, I see that he is treated as a person not just a patient. I see other residents are treated the same. Everyone here is friendly, kind, considerate and caring. I have no regrets putting my husband here in my opinion. Even the staff in the lobby as well as social services and activity department go overboard to help you in every way possible.

I love this place! My mom is so happy there. The nurses and the aids are so caring, from the front office to dining room , physical therapy, housekeeping, dietary, and especially activities. My mom is always telling me everyone is so nice to her.
I could write a letter everyday to Complete Care at Whiting telling them about a staff member that has gone above and beyond. A lot of the staff have been there for years, which says a lot about their heart, and why they care so much!
They have regular meetings with the residents, about activities, and the menu, and they really listen to the residents requests, they are just amazing. Honestly, there is a special place in heaven for the staff of Complete Care at Whiting! Thank you, sincerely!

I like living here because they have good food and good workers. Everyone is nice to me. The beauty parlor in house is convenient and she does good work.
